Blepharostoma trichophyllum (L.) Dumort., Pseudolepicolea fryei (Perss.) Grolle & Ando, Pseudolepicolea trollii (Herzog) Grolle & Ando and Temnoma setigerum (Lindenb.) R.M.Schust. have been recognized in the bryoflora of the country. Pseudolepicolea fryei, a species so far known from Russia and North America, is reported here for the first time from India. Whereas, P. trollii subsp. andoi (R.M.Schust.) S.Hatt. & Mizut. and P. trolli var. darjeelingensis S.Hatt. & Mizut., earlier recorded from the country, have not been found morphologically distinct from the typical taxon.}, DOI = {10.6165/tai.2014.59.37} }
