%X Astragalus kongrensis Benth. Ex Baker is reported for the first time from Central
(Nepal) and North-West Himalayas (India). Earlier the species was known from East Himalaya
(Sikkim-India, Bhutan) and China. The description and illustrations of the species are provided.
