%X Cribraria angulospora C.H. Liu & J.H. Chang sp. Nov. is described and illustrated. It is characterized by crowded, tubular sporangia with conspicuous peridial net, and angular spores marked by warts or spines confined in large reticula. Key to the Cribraria species of Taiwan is also provided.
