%X Strobilanthes scopulicola, a new species from the collections of the high altitude montane grasslands of Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve in Western Ghats of India is described and illustrated. Photographs, details of phenology, distribution, pollen morphology and similarity with related species were also provided.
