AB -This report presents 1 new orchid from Taiwan, viz., Goodyera maculata T.P. Lin. New insights revealed a progenitor and progeny relationship between Cheirostylis chinensis and Che. takeoi. I also present trimorphic flowers of Calanthe lyroglossum and dimorphic Gastrodia flexistyla.
