Abstract

Many nomencaltural changes on Taiwan Hepaticae and lots of new additions have been reported since Lai and Wang-Yang phblished Index Bryoflorae Formosensis in 1976. Till now no bryoflora of Taiwan has been pyt out, more efforts must be made by the native bryologists. In order to make ease the identifications and promote the interest in studying local flora of Taiwan, the authors have compiled this index. The published literatures since 1897 to current year are consulted, nomenclatural changes follow the monographical and revisional work of late. 124 gerera and 557 taxa totally are listed in this index.

有關台灣蘚類植物名錄以有十一年之久未加整理，其間因世界上專論或訂正的研究以及新紀錄或新種不斷的發表，使原有的學名諸多改變；另一方面台灣至今尚未有完整的苔蘚植物誌問世，為方便分類工作的進行及加速對地方植物誌的平衡發展，作者乃根據1897年至今所發表過的蘚類文獻，完成此名錄，列出接受的學名及同異名的處理，依屬、種名字母次序逐一條列。本名錄凡列出124屬，557種、亞種、變種及行。
