Abstract

It's about 120 years in the collections and researches of mosses in Taiwan. In order to facilitate the taxonomic work, the authors have started dealing with the Index. 258 genera, 817 species, subspecies, varieties and forms are listed.

台灣苔類植物的採集及研究，迄今約有120年左右。其分類歷史約可分為歐洲學者、日本學者及本土學者三個階段。 為便利本島苔類分類的研究，作者著手收集有關台灣苔類分類、植物地理及細胞學等文獻，完成此名錄，並列出文獻出處及同異名處理。 台灣苔類凡計258屬，817個種、亞種、變種及型。
